高原地区大倾角松软煤层巷道支护技术

The plateau environment of large angle soft coal seam supporting practice

摘要: 阐述了松软煤层的基本概念及高原地区软煤巷道的变形特点和支护方案,以江仓矿区四井田2013工作面轨道巷支护方案作为研究对象,对3种不同的支护方式进行了现场研究与试验,即“锚网+U型棚”支护、“锚网索+T型钢带”支护、“超前注浆+锚网索+T型钢带”支护,通过综合矿压观测结果表明:“超前注浆+锚网索+T型钢带”支护最适合高原松软煤层。

Abstract: This paper expounds the soft coal roadway in soft coal seam and the basic concept of plateau environment and the characteristics of the deformation of supporting scheme. The Jiangcang mine four mine 2013 working face in soft seam track trough as the researches on the supporting scheme of object, research and field tests on 3 different support way of. The anchor net +U type roof support, Bolt Mesh Cable + T strip, advance + anchor grouting Cable + T steel. Through the comprehensive mine pressure observation results show that: Advanced + anchor grouting cable tunnel support + T type steel most suitable for plateau soft coal seam.
